Hydrogeology deals with the distribution, flow and interaction of groundwater with the Earth including the hydrosphere, biosphere and lithosphere.

Hydrogeology is an interdisciplinary area which investigates the chemical, physical, and biological interactions occurring between water, soils/rocks, the natural environment and society.

The Graduate Diploma in Hydrogeology will prepare you to deal with topics such as groundwater dynamics, exploration, drilling and aquifer tests, sustainable allocation of groundwater, contamination, and computer modelling.

Domestic students may be eligible for a Commonwealth supported place within this course.

Applicants require a relevant bachelor's degree from this or another recognised university, or to have successfully completed the Graduate Certificate in Hydrogeology from this university, or an approved equivalent.
