All science students at UWA have access to computing, printing, scanning, copying and multimedia facilities at a variety of locations across the campus.
Students must upgrade to a full internet access account for access to all internet services.
- Medical and Dental Library
- Located to the north of the Crawley campus near QEII Hospital on Monash Ave, the Medical and Dental Library houses 37 computers for student use.
- Reid Library
- There are nearly 150 computers available for student use across the four floors of the iconic Reid Library, along with printing, scanning and copying facilities.
- Science Library
- The modern and sleek Science Library provides students with access to more than 200 computers, 300 spaces with easy access to power and data for laptops, and four multimedia suites furnished with specialist software and equipment.
- FNAS computing facilities
- Students can access email, internet, saved files and print quotas from any one of three undergraduate computer labs within Geography, Agriculture and Botany. These labs are always available, though during scheduled teaching times, students involved in classes have priority access to computers.

Many of the Schools within the Faculty of Science offer additional computing facilities and labs to students currently enrolled in their courses, often providing discipline-specific software. Enquire at your Faculty for information on access to these computer laboratories.
In addition, students can connect to the internet using their own laptops via Unifi, the campus-wide wireless network. There are power points for charging your laptop in many of the cafes around the University, as well as access points within each library.
