If you are enrolling at UWA for the first time, the deadline for your enrolment will be included in your authority to enrol.
If you have already studied at another university and think you are eligible for credit towards your UWA degree, see credit for prior study.
Re-enrolment for the following year is not automatic – you are required to re-enrol in November each academic year by the date specified by Student Administration. Re-enrolment instructions will be sent to your student email account before the start date for online re-enrolment. You must meet the deadline to avoid any financial penalty.
- If you would like to take a break from your studies, you will need to apply for approved leave.
- If you would like to continue your studies beyond level three, consider applying for an honours program or postgraduate study.
Changing your enrolment
You can make changes to your enrolment online using studentConnect. Make sure you take note of the various deadlines to avoid incurring any financial or academic penalty.
If you are unable to make changes to your enrolment online, you will need to submit a change of enrolment form to the Faculty via askUWA.
If you withdraw from a unit late, or without completing this procedure, you may be subject to a penalty. Consult your PSB Program Executive to find out the last date to withdraw from a particular unit without penalty.
If you wish to add a unit to your enrolment, please take note of the following deadlines to avoid a financial penalty.

Transferring between campuses
Students studying at the PSB Academy may be eligible to transfer to the UWA Perth campus to complete their studies in Western Australia. All units passed at PSB Academy prior to transfer will continue to be included on each student's academic record.
Students should submit the completed application to transfer to Crawley form to the Faculty via askUWA.
